Train the Trainer Online Series: Empowering Career Guides After SSC & HSC

1. "What Next After SSC" – This workshop focused on helping students understand their career options after SSC. It was designed to train participants to become effective career guides for students who have completed Class 10.

2. "Guiding Students After HSC" – This session catered to the needs of students after Class 12, highlighting various career paths and professional courses available after HSC.

Both workshops were part of the “Train the Trainer” initiative and conducted by Najamoddin Sir, a renowned career counsellor and expert in student guidance. The sessions aimed to prepare career experts who can counsel students in choosing the right academic and professional paths. Around 15 participants attended each workshop and actively engaged in learning career counselling techniques and tools.
